Holbeach, Lincolnshire

Phoenix Sustainable Investments has an active lodge site at Holbeach, Lincolnshire which has been developed to offer lodges for rent and sale. The site boasts three fully stocked fishing lakes and is adjacent to a local golf course.

A second phase of the lodge development is proposed with a planning application due to be submitted in 2025. In addition to this site, Phoenix is promoting other lodge sites in Suffolk and Lincolnshire.
