Phoenix Sustainable Investments owns a site in Holt, North Norfolk, promoting a residential development of approximately 50 new homes. The site benefits from direct road access from Cley Road and sits on the existing settlement boundary. The site will support new community facilities alongside much-needed new homes and is currently being promoted through the North Norfolk District Council Local Plan review and by way of direct discussion with the Town Council. The Phoenix Development Team will look to proactively discuss the site design with the local community and stakeholders as the project develops further.
