ZPN Energy officially co-sponsored the EV Infrastructure Summit 2022, organised by City & Financial Global Ltd. The event took place on the 18th and 19th of January 2022. ZPN Energy’s Chief Operations Manager, Dr John Miller, spoke on day two of this prestigious event, scheduled in the The future of the EV technology – learn from the best experts in the UK and beyond session. Dr Miller’s presentation was entitled, Charging in progress, which focused on the risks of continuing to install non-rapid charge points vs rapid-chargers as the number of EV’s increases.
The conference focused on what the 2030 challenges will mean for the EV ecosystem and how the UK can move towards a charging infrastructure that works for the consumer, system, and energy transition. The conference featured insightful presentations from, and informed debate between, senior experts and government representatives on the key topics involved in the roll-out of EV infrastructure, recent developments, and mid-term expectations.

The EV Infrastructure Summit was co-sponsored by ZPN Energy, Baringa, Mitie and Gemserv, with Shell as the premium sponsor and Hogan Lovells and KPMG as Knowledge Partners.
