Lively debate and interesting insights at our second Phoenix futures workshop.
On Wednesday 19 July a range of delegates from local authorities, the education and energy sectors and a host of architectural, planning and construction specialists joined our panel of expert speakers for the second Phoenix workshop.
Within the theme of ‘The Future of Enterprise, Employment and Energy', the group discussed subjects including how we ensure our people have the skills and training to meet the needs of the economy and specialisms in the future, what the workplace will look like in years to come, engaging young people in new and traditional ways of working, and how we prepare now to meet future energy needs.
